HUSBAND GRANTED ORDER. [BY TELSGHaPH- —OTTS COHHESPOST)KNT. ] HAMILTON, Thursday. An order for restitution of conjugal rights was granted to Albert- Thomas Wilkins. of Rotorna. by Mr. Justice Hardrnan in the Supreme Court to-day. At a previous session of lie Mr. Justice Smith bad adjourned a similar application and had advised petitioner to be a man ana take his wife a**7 from the influence of her relatives. Petitioner said he had since seen his wife on lour different occasions and had tried ° suade her to return, but she aad reused. |
