Out of tho chorus of protests against the crushing effects of the Federal Budget 3 a movement is growing for the formation of a strong economic council to advise , tho Ministry. Tho proposal is that this council should , consist of representatives of the primary , produeeis, financiers, manufacturers and L retailers from all the States and that it should make helpful suggestions in the present crisis.
