MINISTER RECEIVES REPORT. CONSIDERATION ON MONDAY. [BT TEI.KGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] WELLINGTON. Thursday. It w.is announced today by the Minister of Justice, the Hon. J- G. Cobbe, that he bad received a report from the Solicitor-General 'on the petition in the Munn case, but that ho was not in a position to make a statement on it. It would be considered by a meeting of tho Executive Council on Monday.
