Dr. Julio Prcstes de Albuquerque, Pre-sident-elect of Brazil, is duo to arrive in London to-morrow on an official visit of four days as the guest of the British Government. Ho will be met at Victoria station by tho Prince of Wales, the Secretary of. State for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Arthur Henderson, and'others, and will stay at Claridge's Hotel. On Wednesday Dr. do Albuquerque will take luncheon with the Prime Minister, Mr. Mac Donald, and on Thursday he will dine at the foreign Office.
