MORKEL'S DROPPED GOAL.
SPRINGBOK GAME RECALLED. "Dispute," Woodleigh, writes as follows Would you kindly inform me, through your paper, from which point on Hie field Morkel drop-kicked tho goal in tho New Zealand-Springbok match in Auckland '! Morkel's goal from the field in tho match South Africa v. Now Zealand, the second test, played at Eden Park in July, 1921, was kicked from just outside the twenty-five yards lino, slightly nearer tho grand stand than tho centre of that lino. Tho kick was in the direction of tho Kingsland end.—Athletic Editor.
