It would, help both farmers am woollen manufacturers, increase employment and heip to keep in the country tome of the money which al. present goes to foreigners. Also if motorists had to pay a little more for the necessary upkeep of the roads there would be no necessity to reduce the number of railway employees, nor fo ini reuse lailway fare?, or freight charges either.
