DUKE OF LEINSTER'S SUIT; (Received June 20, 5.15 p.m.) LONDON, Juno 28. * The Duke of Leinster has been granted a divorce. The suit was not defended. Edward Fitzgerald, seventh Duke of Leinster, who succeeded to the title in 1922, married in 1913 Miss May Etheridge, then a musical comedy actress. They were then both 21. In September, 1923, the duchess was living alone in Bournemouth.' Later she went to London, and on April 1 last was found in a gas-filled room in a small flat in Brixton, where she had been living with a chef named Stanley Williams. She was convicted later on a charge of attempted suicide, .and was bound over for two years.
