MAINTENANCE OF CHILDREN. [I!Y TELEGRAPH.—-OWN CORRESPONDENT. 3 PUKEKOIIE, Saturday. A charge of being £39 in arrears on on order for the ninintennnco of his diildren, which expired in 1921, was preferred against Walter McKay, alias Charles Henry Walsh, alias Henry Turner, who appeared in the Pukekoho Police Court this morning, beforo Mr. C. Iv. Lawrie, J. P. It was stated that tho arrears were alleged to liavo been owing at tho time 'Jig order expired. Tho warrant was issued in Now Plymouth. A remand until Tuesday Was granted to enable the police to forward inquiries to New Plymouth, Bail was allowed :n accused's own recognisance.
