Sir,—Permit me to make a slight correction in the report appearing in the Herald on. the Farmers', Trading Company's annual meeting. Your report states: Mr. Laidlaw said "ho had • no differences with the directors or shareholders except on tlie question of remuneration,"' What I said was that the only difference I had with shareholders was in their attitude toward the remuneration of directors."
