PwOgers, a former president of E-otary Internationa], in the ccnrse of a speech said: " If India, China and Russia could only realise the good to come from the acceptance cf Rotary's programme, arach would be added to the tranquillity of the world. " Rotary must increase its usefulness as a fact-ni,,";ng organisation, and increase its influence in shaping a healthy public opinion. Rotary cannot decade issues local or international, but it can influence its members and friends to approach discussion and decision on important and thought-perplesing problems in the proper spirit."
