Worcestershire v. Kent. —Worcestershire: First innings, 115 (Freeman four for 46); second innings, 241 (Nicholl 110). Kent: First innings, eight for 173, declared (Woolley 58); second innings, ono for 44. Kent won on the first innings. Yorkshire v. Notts. —-Yorkshire: First innings, nine for 324, declared (Barber 68, Rhodes 80 nofc out). Nottingham: First innings, four for 125 (Lilley nofc otifc 102). The match was drawn. _ J Northamptonshire v. Middlesex. —Northamptonshire: First innings, 189 (Allen six for 77); fcecond innings, seven for 201, declared (Timms not out 102).
