RUN DOWN BY TRAIN.
DRIVER ESCAPES LIGHTLY.

A motor-van used for delivering fish and driven by Mr. Cyril Falconer was run down by a train going to the jubilee coalmine at Fairfield yesterday afternoon. The van was completely smashed, but tho driver escaped with minor injuries. He was conveyed to the Dunedin Hospital.
