FATAL MOTOR COLLISION.

CAR DRIVER CHARGED.

COMMITTAL FOR TRIAL.

[by telegraph.-—own correspondent.] HAMILTON. Thursday

Arising out of a fatal motor collision which occurred on tho Hamilton-Morriiis-villo road at Eureka on May 8, a young man, Hector John Shaw, was charged in tho Hamilton Magistrate's Court to-day with negligently driving a motor-car and causing tho death of his cousin, Thomas Shaw, an occupant of tlio same car. Evidence was given on the lines of that heard at the inquest on Monday. Accused pleaded not guilty, and was committed to tho Supreme Court, Hamilton, for trial. Bail was allowed.
