SEGRAVE'S FUNERAL.

BRAVE MAN MOURNED.
British Wireless. ETGBY. June 17. The remains of the late Sir Henry Secrave. who was killed in his speedboat on Lake Windermere, were cremated at Golders Green crematorium to-day. The funeral was of a most simple nature. The coffin, across which lay a Union Jack, was covered with wreaths. Some of these had been sent, by representatives of Dominion and foreign Governments and there were also tiny circlets of summer Sowers from humble folk.
Lady Segrave decided that some of the wreaths should be placed on the cenotaph in Whitehall Memorial cards bore such inscriptions as: "To a brave man" and "To a very courageous gentleman."
A memorial service was held in St. Margaret's Church. Westminster, Canon W. H. Carnegie officiating. BrigadierGeneral G. F. Trotter, Groom-in-Waiting to the Prince of Wales, represented His Boy&l Hlghmss, and the Prime Minister, *!r. MacDonaldj was also represented.
