PROPOSALS FOR IZQ.

REMOVAL TO QUEEN STREET

Arrangements have been made to remove shortly the Auckland B station, IZQ, from Mount, Albert to the Lewis Eady Building, Queen Street. The station" will be operated and managed _as Tiscal bj- Mr. Hoy Keiih, will also continue to act, as announcer.

It is hoped to be able to give a greatly improved programme. In addition to bavin? access to a large stock of recoros the station will broadcast items of musical interest from the Lewis Eady Hall. Proposals for increasing the power of the station and for conducting afternoon broadcasts are also being considered.
