DRINKING BOUT SEQUEL.
TWO MONTHS IN PRISON.

Two months' imprisonment was imposed on John Ross, aged 32 who appeared in tho Magistrate's Court at Hamilton today on charges of being found on enclosed premises at night and of stealing a motorcar rug valued at 10s.
Senior-Sergeant Swoenev said Ross came to Hamilton a few days ago and indulged in a drinking bout. He had consumed a quantity of methylated spirits. At five o'clock in the morning of June 14 he was found on tho premises of Mr. James Johnstono, of Te-Rapa. Ho was trying to open a window. Accused had come out of prison only a few days before. Accused was convicted without penalty on two other minor charges of theft.
