[WIFE'S PETITION GRANTED.
Failure to comply with an order for ilie restitution of conjugal rights was tho ground of tho divorce petition of Leigh Enphronsino Elliott (Mr. Wallace), heard by Mr. Justice Smith in tho Supremo Court vestorday.
Petitioner said she was married to James Hawthorne Elliott at Te Awamutu in December, 1913, and had lived with liirn at Te Awamutu and Hamilton. They bad two children. On November 14 last she was granted a decree against her hus'band for the restitution of conjugal rights <and with this he had failed to comply. His Honor granted a decree nisi, to bo ftnoved absolute after three months, ' '
