PARISHIONERS' MEETING.
TRINITY CHURCH, TAURANGA

The annual meeting of parishioners of Holy Trinity Anglican Church was held last evening, the vicar, the Rev. A. F. Hall, presiding. Bishop Williams, of Waiapu, and about 80 parishioners were pro* sent.
The vicar reported that during the past year the parish debt had been reduced by 603 and the balance necessary to extinguish the whole debt had been promised.
Officers wero elected as follows: Vicars warden, Mr. B. P. Andrews; people's warden, Mr. E. A. Entwistle; vestry, Mrs, Mellish, Messrs. W. F. Cross, A. L. Faulkner, E,, J, Fenn, W, S. Harris, H. S. Benjamin, L. Wallis, l'S> A. Stevens, R. Grey, S. G. Willcock; auditoj, Mr. W. J. Baigent.
