HAMILTON ASSOCIATION.

LOSS ON SEASON'S WORKING.

[BY TELEGRAPH- —OWN COIIILESPONDENT.] HAMILTON, Tuesday.

The Hamilton Boxing Association met last evening, Mr. W. H. I'rickett presiding, Tho annual report stated that throe tournaments had been held during the year, one of which, the South Auckland amateur championships, drew record entries. The other two, howover, did not znoet with tho same success .aud resulted in a financial loss. Tho loss on the season's working, aa disclosed by the balance-sheet, was £3O, and it was evident that greater public support must bo accorded the committee if its efforts during the coming year were to bo successful.

Tho following officers were elected for the ensuing year:—Patron. Mr. J. Eraser Smith: president, Mr. F. Baker; vice-prcsidenb. Messrs. H. W. Burch. it. T. Reid, H. 11. Howden, A. Cannichael, F. Jones, H. D. Caro, A. "W. Ebbett, C. A. Matliieson; committee, Messrs. F. Williams, J. Bowler,. J. Blackball, G. E. Hare. G. L. Sanford. C. Bowler, T. E. Coombridee. F. Whiltaker. H. Aitkcn, E. Ellis, W. H. Prickett; secretary, Mr. Sanford; treasurer, Mr. Blackball: auditor, Mr. T. G. Reynolds.
