ORDERS FOR RETURN MADE*
Two orders for restitution of conjugal rights within a period of 14 days were made by Mr. Justice Smith in tlm Supreme Court yesterday.
"Our married life was happy until threai years ago," said Olive May Macklow (Mr.i Finlay), who sought an order for the return of John Walter Teed Macklow. They were married in May, 1910, and have ona child.
Petitioner said that about three years ago her husband began going out at all hours and neglecting her. He continued to lead his own life apart from her, and finally left home on April 11, 193). did not vant to break up the home, and she wanted him back.
Evidence that the atmosphere of petitioner's home was " not very nice " was given by her sister, Eva Hilda Gilmour* She said that when she stayed there aboub two years ago the husband was hardly, ever there. She knew that ha left the home last April takiug his belongings with him, and had not returned. Tho order was made. A decree for the restitution of conjugal rights was sought by William Kawiti Wynyard. (Mr. Hall Skelton) against Manneleta Zildah Wynyard, to whom ho was married in March, 1920. Petitioner said his wife left him in February, 1929, and had written refusing his appeal to her to return. The order was made.
