BRIDGE CIRCLE. The recently-formed Bridge Circlo of tho Lyceum Club held its first meeting in the club lounge on Monday evening. Tho prize for the best score for the oven ing was won by Mrs. W. D. Ross. Among thoso present were: Mrs. Speedy (convener), Mrs. Friedlander, Miss Friedlander, Mrs. Buckland, Mrs. Seal, Mrs. R. A. Johnston, Mrs. W. D. Ross, Mis. Verall, Mrs. Seldon, Miss Wallnutt, Mrs. A. Martin, Mrs. Bovin, Mrs. A W. Green, Mrs. V. Cliitty, Mrs. Walders, Mrs. Coventry, Mrs. Cranwell, Mrs. Hodgkinson, Mrs. G. Brown, Miss Drake, Miss Narrish, Mrs. Northover (Wellington), Mrs. Bennett. Mrs. W. 11. Huke, of Hamilton, is visiting St. Heliers Bay, Auckland. Mrs. Tuck lias left Hamilton to live in Timaru.
Miss Nan Rogers is visiting her sister, Mrs. E. V. Stacc.
Miss F. Hewitt, of Morrinsvillc, is staying with her sister, Mrs. C. Hume._ Miss E. Roberts, of Hamilton, is visiting Christchurch and Dunedin.
