SYDNEY. May 13

A fierce storm raged throughout Victoria all night, the. wind reaching a velocity of HO miles an hour, At 8 a.m. to-day heavy rain fell. Widespread damago was done. work was greatly hampered and for a while interrupted, resulting in a delay in the transmission of English and other press cablegrams.
