DISQUIET IN SPAIN.
ATTACK ON THE KING. an outspoken republican. MADRID. May 1. Senor Gasset, the Republican leader, bitterly attacked King Alfonso in a speech made at Barcelona. He advocated a campaign of civil disobedience, including the non-payment of taxes, until the King restored full constitutional government.
