PRINCE OF WALES.
QUEEN MOTHER'S INFLUENCE QUESTION OF HIS MARRIAGE. LONDON, April 11. It ,is understood that Lady Charlotte Cavendish's biography of Queen Mary was not submitted to Her Majesty, therefore extracts and reference to the Queen's 30ns are transmitted with reserve, but are freely published in London. . The authoress says: "Her Majesty's influence on the Prince of Wales has not yet been great enough to persuade him to take a wife. In common with most of us she would like to sec him married with a prospect of a direct heir to the throne, but her efforts so far have proved vain. "On every other subject but marriage the Prince of Wales has implicit faith in his mother's judgment. He consults her about most of his undertakings."
