FLIGHT TO CANADA, MINISTER AS PASSENGER. (Received April 13, 6.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 12. The Secretary of State for Air, Lord Thomson, probably will go to Canada in the airship RIOO in May. No other passengers will be taken.
