The Mount Albert Methodist Orphanage < will benefit to the extent of £SOO under the will of Mr. Daniel Daily Hayes, of Waiuku, farmer, whosd death took place on March 29. For purposes of probate the value of Mr. Hayes' estate is estimated at £20,000.
