AUCKLAND AIR PAGEANT.
The Auckland Aero Club will hold its pageant at the Mangere Aerodrome today, when a record attendance is expected. An interesting programme has been arranged, and machines from various [.arts of the Dominion will take part. Four Government machines, two of the Fairev lII.F Type, a De Havilland No. 50 and a Moth'from Sockburn, will compete in the various events, while _ considerable interest is centred in the interclub race for the New Zealand Herald trophv. The events will include, bombing a moving car, formation flying, various races and competitions, and as most of the skilled pilots of New Zealand are competing, the pageant should pio\e a decided success. " Arrangements have been made for adequate supervision of motor traffic, and although there will be many hundreds of motor-cars parked near the aerodrome,' no congestion should result.
