SUM OF £15,000 NEEDED.
A Preservation Commit teo has been formed to obtain a sum of £15,000 for the placing of tho church of St. Marv-to-Bow, Cheapside, London, in a proper state of repair.
Tlio ancient and historic church, with its cxquisito steeple, was designed by Sir Christopher Wren after tlio Great Firo of London. It was erected on the sito of earlier churches, but tho fino 11th century crypt, \vitli its still remaining Roman bricks and Saxon masonry, was presorved.

Tho crvpt and tho foundations also call for much restoration.
