.'. The Governor-GenCral, Lord Bledisloe, and Lady Bledisloe had a full day to-day. They visited the Addington market in the morning, where Lord Bledisloe showed interest in the stock. , They afterwards visited the hospital and the consumptive sanatoria. In the evening Their Excellencies attended a special welcome to Lady Bledisloe by the Cambrian Society. They leave in the moaning for Dunedin.

Yesterday His Excellency presented, on behalf of His Royal Highness, the Duke of Connaught, Grand Prior, and tho ChapterGeneral of the Venerable Order of St. John of Jerusalem, the following insignia: To Mr. John Becoonsall, the badge of officer (brother); to Mrs. Alice L. Bishop, the badge of officer (sister).
