Hull and Woolwich Arsenal drew, 2 goals all, at Leeds. In the Scottish Cup semi-finals Rangers beat Heart of Midlothian by 4 goals to 1 at Hampden Park, and Partick beat Hamilton by 3 goals to ,'L at Celtic Park. . LEAGUE FOOTBALL PINAL. COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP. (Received March 23, 5.15 p.m.) LONDON, March 22. In the League football county championship Lancashire beat Yorkshire by IS points to 9 at Rochdale. GOLF AT MIAMI -BEACH. MELHORN WINS TOURNAMENT. (Received March 211, G. 35 p.m.) NEW YORK, March 22. At Miami Beach, the famous Lagorce open golf tournament was won by Melhorn with a score of 285. Horton Smith was second with 286. Smith started the day three strokes behind the winner, and had a lead of three strokes, but tho final threo holes were a series of misfortunes for Smith.
Armour was third with 290, and Burke and Cruickshank fourth with 291.
BOXING IN NEW YORK. EASY WIN FOR CHOCOLATE. (Received March 23, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, March In a boxing match of 10 scheduled rounds Kid Chocolate, 9st. o' s lb., knocked out Al. Ridgeway, 9st. 21b., in the second round. The referee stopped, the fight when Ridgeway was unable to withstand Chocolate's hail of blows to. tho jaw.
