FALL FROM BUILDING.

THE INQUEST CONCLUDED. The inquest into the death of Ernest Frank Rutherford, who fell from the top of the Temperance and General Mutual Assurance Company's building on March 8, was concluded on Saturday 'morning. The inquest had been adjourned on Friday afternoon to enable a copy of the scaffolding regulations to be produced. At the resumption of the hearing the coroner said he had read the regulations and was satisfied that they had \ been complied with. A verdict of accidental death was returned.
