DELEGATES LEAVE CAIRO.
SCENES OF ENTHUSIASM.

CAIRO, March 21
There was tremendous excitement at the departure of the delegates headed by the Prime Minister, Nahas Pasha, \vho are going to London to negotiate a treaty. There were successive scenes of enthusiasm on the route to Alexandria.
The train was twice stopped by people lying across the track, which enabled crowds to climb on board. Onco it was held up for an hour while the mob mado a procession along the roof of the train, carrying banners. Nahas Pasha, before sailing in the Ausonia, said ho was going to England with full powers to negotiate, and hoped to achieve success.
