CONVULSIONS IN A CHILD.
Give an enema of warm water to open the bowels. Place the child in a warm bath up to the neck. Convulsions bring about their own cure. Respiration being hindered, the blood becomes dark, and this relaxes the spasmodic action of the muscles. See that the child does not- roll over on its face and suffocate. Do not try to restrain the movements of the child.
