CASUALTIES IN A RIOT.

ALLEGED SEDITION TRIAL. CALCUTTA. March 19. Sixty people ware injured in a riot in the District Magistrate's Court at Rangoon, where Sen Gupta, Mayor of Calcutta, is undergoing trial for alleged sedition.

The trouble began while a procession was passing the court house. Most of the witnesses had been intimidated and declined to say that accused's speech was seditious.

Four European police sergeants were among the injured.
