SYDNEY. March 18. Mr. J. T. Lang, Leader of the Opposi-. tion, gave notice in the Legislative Assembly to-day of his intention to move a vote of censure on the Government owing to its contemplated action of permitting the, transfer of Neville Harris from gaol to an afforestation camp before one-third, of his sentence has been served.

Harris and another ' prisoner, named Brauner, received long sentences a fow years ago for an offence against a girl at, Bondi.' The crime stirred the country.
