ENDOWMENT APPEAL.

TO AID THE MOTHERS, Lady Robertson and Mi's. C. E. Maguire visited Papatoetoe in the interests of the obstetrical appeal. The meeting was largely attended, and after addresses had been given a strong committee was set up. Mrs. Bryant, the president, agreed that a house-to-house canvass be made in the district. ONE TREE HILL. A meeting was held yesterday morning at the home of Mrs. H. B. Morton, Wapiti Avenue, One Tree Hill, to consider the obstetrical endowment appeal. Mrs. J. B. Macfarlane was in the chair and the meeting was addressed by Dr. Hilda Northcroft. It was decided to organise One Tree Hill as a branch of Epsom, and a sub-committee was appointed to canvass the district.
