UNEXPECTED TYPHOON.
DESTRUCTION IN JAPAN.: LOUSES AT SEA FEARED, TOKIO, March 13. An unseasonal typhoon caused sever# damage in the Shimonoseki Straits. Many ho ui>es were demolished, and railways, telegraphs and lighting interrupted. Coastal shipping and fishermen were, caught, in the absence of any warning, and many casualties are feared.
