RAIN IN THE PYRENEES. RIVERS BREAK THEIR BANKS. FARIS, March 13. Incessant rain in the lower Pyrenees district has caused fears of fresh floods. All the rivers are again swollen and many torrents have broken their banks. The River Garonne is 10ft. above its normal level at many points. Tho RiverSave has overflowed and tho Garonne has risen above the quays at Agen. A dyke has been built to protect the quays at Bordeaux, where 300 soldiers are strengthening the left bank of the river above the city.
