JUDICIAL BOUNDARIES.
CONFUSION IN THE WAIKATO. [BY TELEGRAPH.—-OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON, Friday. The boundaries of the Hamilton judicial district are at present very irregular, and IJjo Hamilton Law Society is convinced that tho most satisfactory solution of tho difficulty is to adjust tho boundaries eo as to make them coincide with county boundaries. Inconvenience and confusion at present arise in tho Taumarunui district owing to the doubt as to whether certain actions should be brought in the Taranaki district or the Hamilton district. To eliminate this unsatisfactory stato of affairs, representations have been made by tho Law Society that the southern boundary should be amended so as to include tho whole of the County of Ohura. In regard to the northern boundary, it is suggested that it should bo extended so as to include tho whole of the Waikato, Pinko, Obincinuri and tho Tauranga Counties.
