INCREASE IN PRODUCTION

SYDNEY, March 1. Factories in New South Wales last jear increased in number by 99 to 8641, the number of employees by 2463 to 185.123 and the value of production by £1,750,000 to £73,500,000. Wages amounted to more than £38,500,000.
