POWER-BOAT CONTEST.
RACE TO KAWAU TO-DAY. The New Zealand Power-boat Association will hold a cruising raco to Kawau this afternoon. Tho first prize is the Kermalh Cup. The raco will start from King's Wharf at 2.30, and tho course will bo direct to Kawau, observing tho Sandspit beacon and finishing between tho mark boat aud Momona Point, Kawau. The entries and handicaps are as follows : —My Girl, scr; Lady Margaret, 11m 15s; Viveen, 52ra 15s; Chrysler, 63m 455; Norana, 75m 455; Matanui, 88m 455; Wai Lani, 95m 455.
