STOP YOUR HAIR FALLING.

Excessive falling of the hair may be due to general debility, dandruff, or a too dry scalp, and the cause must be treated in each case before an improvement can be effected. Find out why your hair falls arid give it prompt treatment, for if the fall is allowed to continue unchecked a permanent thinning may result. A special tonic containing iron should be taken, and plenty of sleep and exercise ir. the open air when the trouble is due to general debility. A pine tar shampoo given every week of ten days will cure dandruff, whether of the dry or greasy skin, while a too dry scalp must be treated generously with oii of sweet almonds or olive oil. Excessively greasy hair is often constitutional and, therefore, very difficult to cure permanently. The surest and simples method consists in massaging the scalp with bay rum every night, followed by a good brushing with a stiff brush sprinkled with bay rum. In the morning comb the hair with a comb dipped in cold water and shaken out. The* more brushing greasy hair gets the better it will be.
