RUMANIAN PRINCESS.
ENGAGEMENT TERMINATED.
OFFICIAL REASON GIVEN.
(Received February 20, 11.55 p.m.) BUCHAREST, Fob. 20. It is officially admitted that the engagement of Princess Heana, youngeat daughter of the late King Ferdinand of Rumania, to Count Alexander Frederic von Hochborg, second son of the Duko of Pless, has been broken off. The Prime Minister, Dr. Maniu, says an investigation of the count's career has shown him in an unfavourable light.
