RESOLUTION BY CREDITORS-
[nr TE&EGIUPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRTSTCHURCH, Saturday.
At an adjourned meeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of Leslie James Roaclie and George Edward Stokes, merchants, of Christchurch, the following resolution was carried: —
"That tho papers be. put into the hands of the Crown Solicitor with a view to taking criminal proceedings." The official assignee said the debts totalled over £4OOO, the prospects of a dividend were poor and the books had been kept carelessly. . _____
