REPORT OF INQUIRY.

CANBERRA, Feb. 14.

After holding an inquiry into the crashing of an aeroplane at Brighton-Le-Sands, on December 2, when a passenger was fatally injured, the Air Accidents Investigation Committee found that the cause of the crash was the inadvertent fouling of the rudder control by the passenger.

The pilot was declared have been negligent, because he failed to see that the rudder bar in the second cockpit was disconnected, and his licence was 'Suspended for one year.
