KING BESTOWS INSIGNIA.
* (Received February 5, 9.d0 p.m.) LONDON,' Feb. 6. The Governor-General designate of New, Zealand, Lord Bledisloe, amKLgdy Bledisloe arrived at Sandringham to-day. King Georgs bestowed the insignia of a Knight Grarid Cross of the Order of St. Michael and St. George on Lord Bledisloe. .
