.FESTIVAL ON ITS COMPLETION.
(Received February 3, 5.5 p.m.) JBrifish Wireless. RUGBY, Feb. 2. A great ; festival, which is to extend ifrom June 25 to July 12, will mark the (complete restoration of St. Paul's Cathejdral. Nine official services are being arranged. JTbe first will be a reopening thanksgiving service ' to which the King has accepted aninvitation. The Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Cosmo Lang, will jpreach.
