NEW BILL IN BRITAIN.
ADHERENCE TO CONVENTION. (Received January 26, 5.25 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, Jan. 25. Mr. Albert Thomas, director of the International Labour Office at Geneva, reached London yesterday, in response to an invitation from the Minister of Labour, Miss M. Bondfield, for a consultation in connection with the bill now being drafted for ratification of the Washington Hours Convention.
