Public Notice is hereby given that tho following Resolution passed at. a Special Meeting of the Waikato County Council, convened for that purpose, and held on the 14th day of January, 1930, and intended to operate as a Special Order, will come up for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the said County Council, to be held on Tuesday. 11th day of February. 1930, in the Council Chamber, Grey Street, Hamilton, at 10 a.m., namely:— That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that, behalf by the Counties Act, 1920, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it. and on the petition of a. majority of the Ratepayers of the District, hereinafter mentioned, tho Waikato County Council resolves and declares by "way of Special Order, as follows: — The part of the County of Waikato described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a district for the purpose of the construction of Drainage Works therein.
