RECALL TO FATHERLAND. ' SAYS GROUND IS PREPARED. (Received January 20, 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 20. A characteristic outburst on the part of the ex-Kaiser is reported in a Doom newspaper. " You were all brought up to obey and to serve. What have you done with your freedom? What would you do if Hinden-. burg died ? I will tell you. You people would recall your Kaiser."
